The vents on the AC in the room were completely broken off and the knobs were missing. Had to sleep with the window open. Thankfully it was cool outside. The back of the remote was missing but the batteries were taped in. You had to press on them to get the remote to work. You get what you pay for.

This hotel is quite good if you're going to be in town more than a few days. Having a full kitchenette in the room was an amazing convenience. That doesn't mean that it didn't have problems. Most notably is that fridge doors are set up in such a way that it's impossible to open them while standing in front of the fridge and because of where it's located you have to reach over the door to get anything in or out.
