The rooms were nice, the service was good, but when we had an issue, instead of fixing it, they comp'd our room a night. Although that was nice, having the issue fixed would have been a better solution. Also, make sure if you need a hair dryer, you take one. They are not in the rooms and the front desk was out the weekend we were there. The area was close to everything we needed including food and stores!

Ballin in Wichita Meh, overall a bit disappointed. Clean enough hotels/facilities, but the pool wasn't clean. Murky, closed for "maintenance". The location was good for us and the neighboring hotels were full or very expensive. At this price point, I expected more. It appears this franchiser is going the "cheap" route and the deterioration is beginning to show.

Ok for the price Our room was ok except the sugar ants but others in our party did not have a great experience but were compensated. Toilet issues, AC issues and loud guests in other rooms were a problem.

Great Value! I have stayed at Extended Stay properties before and this one is, by far, the nicest one! The building is quiet and clean, the furnishings utilitarian but in excellent condition, and the kitchen fully functional. The staff was exceptional! All were pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The property is on the far east side of Wichita (minutes from the Kansas Turnpike exit). You can easily get to downtown or any of the universities in less than 15 minutes. Mostly positive The hotel room is cleaned weekly. Only 2 towels were in the room. To get more towels we had to take the old towels to swap for new ones.
