This hotel offers clean, tidy rooms and the guest service is incredible. 100% recommended.

The hotel itself was nice because it’s new. The amenities are truly lacking. The room has a kitchenette but offers no plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. We received one bar of soap, no shampoo. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everyone next door and above us. We had to ask the staff three times to contact the room for loud music next to our room. The staff at the front desk were seldom at the front. Probably off somewhere taking care of problems or on break. We stayed for 3 nights and will never stay there again.... read more

Staff was friendly. Room was less than ideal- no blackout curtains so therr was a lot of light coming through the blinds, the toilet didnt flush well, the bed sheets had to be changef my first night because there was globs of white powder on the fitted sheet, there was a strong smell in the hallways and room. No coffee... won't stay here again and won't ever book through expedia again.

The room lacked any supplies. There was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, silverware, glasses, dishes, pans, coffee maker, hair or dryer. When we went to the desk, al they had was a tiny shampoo.

We booked on hotels.com and when we arrived it was overbooked. Had to spend double on another hotel room in a different city 30 min away.

Room. Dormitory not hotel. Dirty, no coffee maker, light didn't work in bathroom etc...

Nice frontdesk person - I was surprised how generic the room was. Broken towel bar. Wasn't impressive. Pretty blah for the price. I left after one night though I paid 3 nights via Hotels.com

Very poorly stocked room. No coffee maker, 1 bar of soap, no shampoo , 2 towels. Just bare minimum
