One girl working the front desk, when we arrived we were told they were out of rooms. Even though we had a reservation. Took over an hour to get checked in. We had a reservation for a room with 2 beds. We had 3 adults and 1 child with us. After an hour of back and forth they finally agreed to put us in 2 separate single rooms.

The website states “Fully equipped kitchens in every suite” but our kitchen did not have a coffee maker, plates, utensils or pots and pans. A sign in our room stated “The items below are available to use in your in-room kitchen. Please contact the front desk”, but no where on the sign or website does it state that those items are an extra charge! There were only 2 bath towels and washcloths and no hand towels. There was only one night stand and light on one side of the bed.

I do not feel the bed sheets were changed. I rolled down the bedspread and the sheet was not smooth, looked like it was slept in. Also, the bottom, fitted sheet had a blood stain on it. It was dark in color, so I also felt it was not washed. The rest of the room appeared to be clean. The room also needs to have curtains, there was way too much outside hotel light making its way into the room. I guess you get what you pay for. Never again.

La chambre était tout à fait correcte mais l'absence d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle nous a contraints à en acheter, ce que nous avions pas du tout prévu. Par ailleurs, j'avais envoyé un message pour demander si c'était possible d'arriver après 22h. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

Bugs in the hotel room in towels and towels were still wet

This hotel is absolutely disgusting!!!

There was a 2 burner stove top, a microwave and a fridge but no cookware or cutlery or a coffeepot . They advertize breakfast but there was none, just a couple of vending machines. The bed was damp so we asked for a room change, they transferred us to a room which had the bathroom ceiling about to cave in and covered with black mold.So we asked to be moved and showed them the pictures we had taken.
