Been meaning to write this review based on our visit to the storage facility. It's clean, well managed and facilitates our space needs at a great price. Brenda, who helped us with the process is such a trip. You feel as if your family as soon as you talk to her. If you have storage needs, definitely stop by and speak with her. They honor there web flash sales in person too!
Went in today and rented a space. Manny was very friendly, courteous and helpful. He explained everything about the facility and spent a lot of time with us. We're very pleased with the service.
My room was already in the system when I arrived. After just a few short minutes of filling out paperwork, ALL computerized by the way, I was shown my room, etc. Great staff! Clean facility! Good value for your money! Definitely would rent here again... Keep up the great work! Thanks again...
I moved from a dumpy storage facility to this one after seeing how clean and well maintaned it is. Smooth floors, suspended ceilings in halls, excellent lighting. Even a indoor loading area. Carts always available. Renting it was quick and easy, with great price. Also nice and cool with the climate control. Highly reccomend this facility.
the office gets locked while the workers are driving around goofing off in the storage section. horrible service and overpriced

Absolutely horrible experience with this facility. With so much competition out there you do not want to waste your time with these clowns. Very dishonest! The Owner will reply with some mumbo jumbo about how he cares and will leave his number to address any issues they have there. You be smart not to believe him.

The place seemed like it was going to be Ok, but when I moved my stuff in one of the roll up doors was broken and same with the key pad. It took many months before they were fixed. That's not my biggest complaint. What really made me mad was they raised the rent $80 per month after being in the space for about 4 months. That's not honorable. I'm ok with raising the rent $10-$20 after a year, not $80 after four months. I recently found a much better storage place close to my home. Much more clean and the staff is very kind. ... read more

Was ok the first year company was called Storage post 2nd year billing was messed up had to keep calling. Then my unit became infested with mice. I was given a sticky thing and told to place it in my unit. Mice feces all over my storage tubs had to clean and disinfect. Got my things out especially after they just sold the company without any notice. Raised my rate up without notice and sent me a bill with another increase for a "billing fee"? Be warned this place has water leaks. Had furniture in the temperature controlled unit and upon retrieval items below an AC pipe that must have leaked were covered in mold. Nothing can be done except file a claim in which I can get a total of $2,000. I paid $400 a month for over 3 years and lost over $15,000 in furniture. This is disgusting to me. You're better off selling everything or even giving it away than spending money renting a space from these crooks.
