Jamie is the example most companies need to use as a standard for what customer service should be. Beyond friendly, exceedingly professional. He took the time to show me the unit before I rented it, walked me through signing the paperwork explaining everything step by step, showed me how to enter the code at the gate instead of just explaining it. My experience was amazing!
