This storage facility is clean, safe, nice, and climate controlled for your storage needs. I had a 10x10 unit here for two years due to quickly moving across the country. The management and staff are very friendly and communicative. The manager Vernon goes above and beyond to be helpful. They added super cool new technology last year with an app that lets you open your unit and the gates. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Maybe it’s just my luck, but after paying them for over 18 months, the elevator that’s “never broken before”, broke today while we and our movers were emptying the unit. The manager on duty couldn’t be bothered to come out of the back room, and said her only authority was to call maintenance. Then sent the front desk person out with this note, and word that it would be at least an hour before maintenance would possibly arrive.
