Maybe it’s just my luck, but after paying them for over 18 months, the elevator that’s “never broken before”, broke today while we and our movers were emptying the unit. The manager on duty couldn’t be bothered to come out of the back room, and said her only authority was to call maintenance. Then sent the front desk person out with this note, and word that it would be at least an hour before maintenance would possibly arrive.
