I can't say enough about Extra Space Storage in Carmel, IN! I was immediately attracted to the valuable cost when I needed to secure a quick storage unit. I signed up online very easily and was immediately followed up with by phone. Barbara, the store manager, was calling to welcome me, make sure if I had any questions and to walk me through accessing my unit! This facility is always clean and well cared for. The staff is very kind, helpful and makes you feel appreciated. Their prices are competitive. We have used this facility for over 25 years because of the quality staff and garages they offer.

This is the nicest storage facility I have ever rented from. The staff, Debbie and Barb, are absolutely amazing. I currently live out of state, however, with exceptional staff and a wonderful facility; I never have to worry about my things. If you are in need of storage facility; go here!! Everyone I worked with at this location was excellent and super friendly. The facility is the cleanest I've ever seen. I would highly recommend using their storage units.

This Extra Space Storage Facility is fantastic. It's clean and well maintained. It was so easy to reserve a Unit and the price was right too. Both the manager Debbie and assistant manager, Kinsey were wonderful to work with.
Renting a storage unit here couldn't have been any easier. As soon as I made my reservation online, I received a call that day to confirm everything and set up an appointment time. Besides the appointment, Deborah at the front desk has helped me many times. She's amazing! The units are clean and secure, and the costumer service is top notch!
