Friendly Service, clean secure grounds. A great place to keep your extra stuff. I just loaded my space. It is nice to have it in the neighborhood, I need to access my storage frequently. Deborah was super helpful. It is nice to have someone so organized and ready to help solving your storage needs.

These guys are GREAT! Very helpful, informative, and fair. The facility is clean and well maintained. Their prices were the best by quite a bit. I highly recommend Extra Space!!

I was in-between moving into my new house so I made a reservation for Extra Space online. Super easy and the prices were far below local competitors. However, the best part about Extra Space is Deborah. She simply rocks. Super organized and not to mention is incredibly nice and will make you laugh when you find yourself extremely frustrated during the whole moving process. Would highly recommend giving this place a look when you need a storage unit.

Matt was most helpful in the planning and subsequent leasing of a unit that fit our needs. He answered all of our questions and gave useful suggestions. The unit was very clean. We hope to have a positive working relationship with Extra Space Storage.

I read posts on line about storage units to decide where I would put my things when moving back to IN from out of state. I read all good things about Extra Sapce Storage in Carmel and went ahead with a getting a unit. I found that both Debbie and Matt were very helpful. Debbie is amazingly bubbly and welcoming. She even called to check up on the status of the unit and if there was anything else she could do. This was a great first storage unit rental experience and if I ever need one again I would try here first!

Got nothin' but love for this self-storage place. From start to finish, Extra Space Storage has been top-notch with regard to customer service, price and everything in between. The people who work here are very helpful and courteous, and they don't try to upsell or nickel and dime you. Case in point: We closed our account here about two days after they had already auto-billed us for the month. So they refunded us the money for the rest of the month. Nice!

We just moved our warehouse from Noblesville to this location. The set up was quick, online, very professional, and the site is clean, well cared for and very reasonable for North Indy or Carmel customers. We are very pleased with the location ad our decision to use this site.

i had wrote a review about extra space storage . and they want me to call them ....... now. i would not call them if they paid me. and most certainly wouldn't use them ever again. not after i had to dispose of my furniture. and spray and shake out all my poss i on. i would recommend anyone who wants to find a super great and affordable storage . i would highly recommended in infinite self storage, they have ten star establishment and the staff is wonderful . you would be hard press to find a finder place . they are 24 hour a... read more

Beware - they advertise climate controlled but that doesn't apparently mean heat or humidity. Only a roof and four walls. Expect mold or frozen storage during extreme weather.
