Barb is very nice, and friendly she took the time to show me around the different units they had available. The facility looks very clean and well kept.
Sadly these days, so many businesses provide poor customer service, but this was far from the case with Barbara! We are downsizing and it's been hectic, but Barbara was so professional, warm and friendly, patiently guiding me thru the steps to secure the right sized unit. Very appreciative of Barbara as well as the convenient location with easy access to a safe and well a maintained facility.
Barbara Rak(store manager) Me and my fiancé came in looking for a storage unit quickly, Barb quickly talked us through units, took us to see the open unit(got a ride on a golf cart). Came back in office quickly got us set up for unit and carefully talked us through our plan. Very polite experience, would recommend to anyone.
Barb was great. Made the process of renting a unit super easy! She even gave us a pair of eclipse sunglasses to watch as we were unloading our uhaul!
Barbara was so helpful & friendly!! I loved that she showed us the unit before hand! She made the whole process easy!
