Braddah John at the Extra Space Storage above bottom Matsuyamas is the man!. John always goes above and beyond to kōkua (help) everyone the best he can. He is what customer service and ALOHA is all about. After having multiple bad experiences with the manager at the other site (below costco) We are so grateful to have found John!!. Mahalo nui

John is amazing!! I left my key to my unit in the hallway on accident And John found them and held them for me!! Such amazing staff! I highly recommend hulikoa extra space!!!!
