RecommendedClean. Well-maintained. Staff are helpful. The on-line sign-up was seamless. I was previously a "ESS" customer and had done my business face-to-face, during business hours. That was great, because the staff are helpful and friendly. But being able to sign-up on line, get your gate code was convenient. The only thing I didn't like was being "forced" (by the online "system") to buy a lock. I already had one from my previous contract and experience with ESS. Money I did NOT need, nor want to spend.
