Julissa was wonderful. She was very helpful. The units were very clean and organized.
Easy access, clean, with many different options or units
I met with Julissa both over the phone and in person to check out units and finalize. She was great! Very friendly and helpful. I was relocating items from another storage unit nearby that looked like a horror movie set. Public Storage, on the other hand, was very clean and had plenty of security (passcodes) in place. The price is a bit higher than the other place I had before, but this is definitely a case of “you get what you pay forâ€.
It is always a pleasure when coming to this location and seeing Julissa brightly smile and greet me. I feel welcomed here with such warmth that I can’t help but write a review about it. Julissa is definitely the heart of the company and all your employees should be trained to emulate her.
It was a great experience. This is my third year with Extra Space. The previous location (Union) I was at must have a mouse problem because it smells like moth balls there and the smell would transfer to things I’ve had in storage

Julissa helped my husband and I out with our unit. She gave is a tour of the building whereas we can find certain helpful tools, how to work the elevator as well as the gate. Made sure we understand the answer to whatever questions we had. Julissa was AWESOME!!! 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾💯
Clean, staff attentiveness, location
Jasmine provided an excellent experience. She was/is very courteous and patient; which is solely lacking in customer service today. I had previous experience with Extra and had first hand knowledge of their facility cleanness, climate controls, security and access.
