Jasmine provided an excellent experience. She was/is very courteous and patient; which is solely lacking in customer service today. I had previous experience with Extra and had first hand knowledge of their facility cleanness, climate controls, security and access.

My move into the storage unit was quick and painless. There were plenty of rolling carts to use for transporting my items into the unit. I have added to my storage unit over the past month. The units remain clean and well lite. The security at ExtraSpace Storage is A+. I feel safe coming and going and while on the elevators.
