Recommended1st time renting ANY storage facility. My interaction with Katie and Miranda was some of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. They both made the process very easy and smooth.The grounds and my space were very clean. Up to now I have NO complaints. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

RecommendedMy wife and I have multiple units at extra space storage but what we like The most the friendly staff clean environment well-maintained facility as well as nice bright lighting so if you need storage my wife and I would personally suggest renting at extra space storage

Do NOT use this company. They required a ten day notice(I gave more than 11), then took an entire month's rent anyway for less than a half-month of storage. I was told that if I gave the proper notice I would only be charged for days used-this was not to be so. The manger said not only would I have to give the 10 days notice, but I would have to have given the 10 days, plus a month's notice as well to get the "refund" for days I did not store anything.
