Prices n promotions are good
It was extremely easy to get a storage unit using the website. I am happy with my unit except it is a little dirty, but that aside it was perfect for what I need

I would rate 4 stars because when I walked in, I was informed the storage unit was on a higher level, but it made no difference to me. Chris helped me and was beyond professional and helpful. He walked me through every detail of the process, viewing/accessing the unit, and so on. He made this entire experience unforgettable and I would recommend anyone to come to this location for a seamless process for using storage.
Building is ALWAYS clean , the bathroom is clean and the employees are awesome !
Some places deserve the option of zero stars, this is definitely one of them. During covid I ended up in the hospital and was unable to return to work causing me to fall behind in storage. I informed them and they said they understood and would work with me, they didn't. I received multiple $100 late fees bringing my balance to the thousands (my storage was $600 a month with insurance). When I was able to return to work my first objective was to pay my storage.
