NIGHTMARE!!!! They scraped and painted the facility without informing customers, and now all of our stored belongings are covered in dust and debris. We have no idea if the dust contains contaminate. The district office said “we’re not obligated to inform customers.” It’s called basic courtesy as it would have allowed us to add extra protection or remove our belongings. Some places deserve the option of zero stars, this is definitely one of them. During covid I ended up in the hospital and was unable to return to work causing me to fall behind in storage. I informed them and they said they understood and would work with me, they didn't. I received multiple $100 late fees bringing my balance to the thousands (my storage was $600 a month with insurance). When I was able to return to work my first objective was to pay my storage.
