RecommendedMost self storage places take your money and run. My experience with BOTH Brookfield and New Milford has been different. The managers in both locations actually go around making sure doors are locked and secured. They actually care!!!!! Never again anywhere else!!!!!!

Reporting this facility to the better business bureau for misleading information from their staff. One month free is a lie. I used the facility for one month with no compensation for the month not used. Was never advised or I would of used the free month. I could of used it. I'm going to see what my options are as well as talking to my credit card company. Very shady outfit. Beware
