was helped by worker Kevin who went above and beyond to assist with everything. not to mention all the workers are very nice and helpful.
Bri was the manager when I went to store some items. She was very helpful and professional. The facilities were clean and their process for renting was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this location.

I needed storage at the last minute and came across this place. I am so satisfied, not only did I get a detailed explanation, the representative clarified everything down to my signature, online/via phone, as well as offered to review everything again at my convenience, in the office, in person. With all the scams going on, and spiked prices, I really appreciate this and would gladly recommend. Keep up the great work. I'm usually hard to please, however, this place and customer service has made me turn over a new leaf ,

had myself a hassle free experience renting my storage. The lady in the of helped me out and was nice and friendly and helped me to clearly understand the whole renting procless. Would definitely recommend this place.

The best customer service ever ! Stacy explained everything so well and with a big smile and great personality, really letting you know your property is in good hands.
Stacy Hunter was helpful and friendly. She showed us a "prime" spot for our trailer. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs short or long term storage. We used the online reservations she called us promptly and we were set up and finished within 45 minutes.
I stored a travel trailer for a time in Victorville CA and my experience was very good. The facilities are in good order, but the reason I am writing this review (this is my first review of anything) is because of Brytnee, the young lady I dealt with. She was bright, attentive, up front and honest. I would not hesitate to use this facility again, as a long as she is still there.
Did not see the yelp reviews until now moving from the Bay Area back home left some stuff in the storage unit came back. Was almost empty call the company they said since I did not have insurance that they cannot help me. The only thing that is separating each unit it's plywood and drywall. They need to do better on dividing the storages units,. Do not recommend this place at all do not waste your money.

Absolutely do not store your belongings here. People live here people break into your unit here and the management is careless. Completely denies any and all negative action that's going on here. My unit was tampered with the locks were grinded down, reported it to "bri" the manager, for the only response that I would get and have to live with was she will check the cameras. Never contacted me back to give me an update, but when I contacted her, she was way too busy to go back and look at the cameras. This place is not safe ... read more
