Amber was friendly and really helpful in assisting us with the right size storage unit needed for my daughters things that needed to be stored . She went above and beyond for us in customer service for us .Amber also offered us several different options to choose from when selecting a unit . fast and easy although they said I would receive a free lock but I had to pay 20$ for it
