Want to caution others from using this facility. At first I was excited because I thought I'd finally found a non-shady storage business - the reviews on Google were good. I wish I'd been wise enough to check reviews here as well. Bri was helpful when my things were moved to the unit, coordinating things so that it was fairly low stress even as I was unable to be there in person (I had already moved across the country). Do not EVER, ever, ever, ever store your vehicle here. It took me some time to write this review because I loved the manager at first. She was extremely friendly and helpful and even assisted with the tarp on my car...only to find out that there were some strange inside things going on at this place. My first issue was some random man with his dog who clearly lived inside the storage unit in an RV or something. Me and my wife had our storage unit robbed and the managers there acted like they couldn't do anything...they said there was nothing on the video camera's/ another said there werw no cameras. Another manager had said they saw suspicious individuals coming in. The place is sketchy overall. Lost my medals and equipment from the military and my wife lost alot of her things as well. Do not use this place. Very angry.
Worse experience with this storage company . Just started taking everything thing out last nite July 17th to close out my sisters storage because their rates are ridiculous. Well today July 18th the rude girl that's there with the brown curly hair was there as usual rude and being nosey on what one is doing. On the 17th we arrived to clear out with a uhaul truck the storage and don't you know things had been moved around and they had been tampered with and stolen to add the lock was on the door wrong. DO NOT STORE YOUR CAR OR BOAT HERE! MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED! Approximately two months ago I stored my vehicle at this "secure" storage facility and assumed my car would be safe. I put a car cover on to protect it from the elements, however UV Rays were not the problem. I returned after two months and discovered that someone had vandalized my car by hitting the roof with what looks to have been a hammer. Extremely upset I spoke to Melissa at the front office who immediately stated they are not responsible for the damages. ... read more

Worst Management ever!!!!! Our storage unit (right in front of the office) got burgalrized. The manager came Out and showed absolutely no compassion, basically her reaction was oh well, being fairly new to renting a storage space I wasn't sure what route we were to take next, so my husband asked if we call the cops..and she told us probably.
