Just an overall great experience! Super-nice people who seem willing to do almost anything to make my life easier! The facility is immaculate and feels very safe. Even the other customers are friendly and cooperative (is the staff's attitude contagious?)... Can't recommend this place strongly enough!

From the moment I decided to reserve a unit online, Shannon was nothing but kind, caring, friendly, and patient with me. She helped me to better understand what I was signing and why. Shannon went above and beyond her designed job description to make sure my needs were addressed. I have a Service Dog that provides me with Stress and Anxiety Response.
