I set my reservation for a 10x10 unit online and was instructed that someone from the facility would call me the next day. Sure enough, the next morning I got a call from Shannon to answer any questions I had and to give me pertinent info on my storage space. She could not have been more pleasant and informative! I made my reservation from another state so it really eased my mind to know that everything would be ready for my move in at the end of the month and Shannon was even nice enough to say she would follow up with me ... read more
