I used this storage for exactly five months, on the 2nd of February I evacuated the unit (for which I applied a month in advance for the cancelation). This place is ridiculous! I reserved the space online, with a half off first month managers special. When it came time to pay out the total was more than the original price, due to taxes and fees. What?! I'm here the day after trying to get access to my paid space only to find out that they put a lock on it, now they are closed and they want me to wait up to an hour for the duty manager that lives in the building to show up. The representative on the phone then said that I should have put a lock on it. Wtf! W T F!!!
My disabled son uses this storage place and I dislike it tremendously. I think they are ripping him off, but that's just my opinion. I can't always get to Southern California to help him out, but from what I heard from him and his former roommate this is not a good place for disabled people. This is hearsay, I know, but I believe it.
The worst customer service i ever experienced. Her name is Melissa and she is claiming that she is the supervisor... she is screaming over the phone.... and i asked her if that's a good customer service and she responded with YES, because i was questioning the late fee charge. they're charging 85$+ 15$ additional? Even customer was late on the payment it's the right to question the late fee that there was charging... then can explain in a very good way.... not scream with the customer..... i worked as a cs and i never treate... read more
