They were very helpful and kind. Walked out to help me unlock door. Gave me gate codes as needed.

The staff when renting my original unit wasn't very helpful or informative. But when I needed to transfer units the woman in the office is an asset to the company and deserves so much praise, credit, and if you can, a raise. Never have I felt someone cares about my experience before today. She pays attention to the details and will call right away if something is out of the ordinary and that's very rare these days. Shannon was absolutely amazing with helping us move into our storage, it was very hot that day he brought us cold water and gave us popsicles. I love when the customer service is above and beyond highly recommend this place
