Great storage unit and very affordable. We received excellent customer service from Art. He was very friendly and understanding gave us exactly what we needed. Quick and easy check out as well. Bathrooms were clean and they offered cold water lol. I would highly recommend these storage units.

The best costumer service I have experienced in a very long time. Cynthia and Victor were very personable and assisted above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend EXTRA STORAGE IN BLOOMINGTON to anyone that is in need of a storage unit. :) Thanks again Cynthia & Victor!

WOW!!! Absolutely LOVE this storage facility. i got helped out by James who was very friendly. Exceptional customer service! they have really good deals to rent out a space. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage especially at this location

Excellent customer service!!! I was in and out in under an hour and got exactly what I needed. Ask for Cynthia, she's the manager there. She will definitely take care of you and your storage needs!

I never write reviews but I just had too mention the excellent service that I received here, the gentlemen named victor was so friendly and sweet and very helpful, made me feel very welcome, the establishment is also very neat and clean, overall a really great place, so glad I came here for my storage needs. Will be recommending this storage place to all my friends.

My husband and I found this storage 3 years ago when we moved from upland to Colton. 10x10 for 70$ such a great price! We had to take it. When we started out a couple weeks after we had it it was horrible hence their was roaches crawling everywhere. We notified the office right away and they fixed it . COCKROACHES We stored items there while my house was being remodeled - assured by the staff that units were clean, regular pest control, etc. I got an indoor unit that SEEMED clean. A few months later, we went to take our belongings out and immediately found cockroaches running through the unit - some had gotten into our boxes. I have been a customer of Extra Space Bloomington Ave for years, mainly because it is right down the street from my house. They reward long-term customers by regularly raising the monthly rate without any reason whatsoever. When it was finally time for me to move out, I loaded up a Uhaul truck and was on my way.
