5601 SW 135TH AVE MIAMI, FL, 33183 When I signed the lease online, I was never given a copy of my signed agreement in either mail or electronically. I was never explained by the local team that the amount I am paying is discounted. Local team states that I was sent a rent increase letter in certified USPS mail, which I never received. I am ready to pay $110 as agreed before. You cannot just raise the rent on a unit by 75% without giving enough notice. Unethical and Illegal/ unlawful
