I was never explained by the local team that the amount I am paying is discounted. Local team states that I was sent a rent increase letter in certified USPS mail, which I never received. I am ready to pay $110 as agreed before. You cannot just raise the rent on a unit by 75% without giving enough notice. Unethical and Illegal/ unlawful
