I rented here for only a couple months I showed up last minute the girl in the office took great care of me. Got me a nice storage unit got me locks she even brought us at water because it was so hot out that day. So the staff is awesome the Facility is very nice.
I believe I spoke with Catherine ( I think that was her name), well I was looking for a unit at the day of my move in NE Las Vegas, she was very nice and helpful... I couldn't make it to the Tropicana location so she set it up for me to reserve my unit remotely at a location that was 6mins away from where I was located. Amazing! When I drove to the Bonanza location Moses was extremely helpful and kind and got everything setup for me! I highly recommend ExtraSpace for a stress free storage experience!
I was not looking forward to the moving process again, however "extra space storage and Matt the gentleman that helped me could not have made it any easier. Matt was a great help and I appreciate his customer ethics . I will defiantly recommend this place to anybody and/ or when I need their services again. Thank you !
If they have available units here, your search is over! Even if there is another storage unit a little closer to you, I'd still recommend you rent a space here -- it's worth it. Heather and Angel are very friendly, accommodating, attentive, and are great about answering questions and getting back to you. Heather was very helpful and tended to the needs I needed for my storage wants. The facility is clean, helpful with the cart by the elevator. Air-conditioning is a plus. Good prices and protection of Cameras and gate. Couldn't ask for a better place. Will definitely recommend this facility to people I know. Even if there is not some units at this location Heather will help you find one at another facility maybe even closer to where you live. They have locations all over Vegas.
If you know how long you will need it, better pay in advance to lock in the price because they will raise your rent as much as 50% as soon as they can. Also, they made me buy a new lock even though I already had an Extra Space lock from a previous rental. Said I could return it (it is still sealed in plastic unused) when moving out for a refund. Well let's just say they hurt me from gaining access to my 10 k in tools to work after being in two not at fault head on car crashes then I was renting at public storage and they sold it to extra space right after my unit was broken into and that's the one spot with no cameras never rent from these guys there mean and don't care about there customers who get hurt badly fall behind
