I rented here for only a couple months I showed up last minute the girl in the office took great care of me. Got me a nice storage unit got me locks she even brought us at water because it was so hot out that day. So the staff is awesome the Facility is very nice.

I believe I spoke with Catherine ( I think that was her name), well I was looking for a unit at the day of my move in NE Las Vegas, she was very nice and helpful... I couldn't make it to the Tropicana location so she set it up for me to reserve my unit remotely at a location that was 6mins away from where I was located. Amazing! When I drove to the Bonanza location Moses was extremely helpful and kind and got everything setup for me! I highly recommend ExtraSpace for a stress free storage experience!

I was not looking forward to the moving process again, however "extra space storage and Matt the gentleman that helped me could not have made it any easier. Matt was a great help and I appreciate his customer ethics . I will defiantly recommend this place to anybody and/ or when I need their services again. Thank you !

If they have available units here, your search is over! Even if there is another storage unit a little closer to you, I'd still recommend you rent a space here -- it's worth it. Heather and Angel are very friendly, accommodating, attentive, and are great about answering questions and getting back to you. They take their security very seriously, and I knew that my stuff would be in good hands. Clear communication, professional, clean facility, I could go on and on. Heather was very helpful and tended to the needs I needed for my storage wants. The facility is clean, helpful with the cart by the elevator. Air-conditioning is a plus. Good prices and protection of Cameras and gate. Couldn't ask for a better place. Will definitely recommend this facility to people I know. Even if there is not some units at this location Heather will help you find one at another facility maybe even closer to where you live. They have locations all over Vegas.

Well let's just say they hurt me from gaining access to my 10 k in tools to work after being in two not at fault head on car crashes then I was renting at public storage and they sold it to extra space right after my unit was broken into and that's the one spot with no cameras never rent from these guys there mean and don't care about there customers who get hurt badly fall behind

1st of all the only good thing about this place is that they offer u a free lock/keys. The day I was looking for storage I used the online representative and she was very friendly. Compare to my other storage place they do false advertisements on how the place is ac cool. The minute I walked n it was hot and stuffy inside the entire place. When I opened my storage it was way worse. No wonder they have u get insurance. Your stuff can get moldy from the humidity. Next they don't even have a Bluetooth way of u opening the gate... read more
