1st of all the only good thing about this place is that they offer u a free lock/keys. The day I was looking for storage I used the online representative and she was very friendly. Compare to my other storage place they do false advertisements on how the place is ac cool. The minute I walked n it was hot and stuffy inside the entire place. When I opened my storage it was way worse. No wonder they have u get insurance. Your stuff can get moldy from the humidity. Next they don't even have a Bluetooth way of u opening the gate... read more
I'm so disappointed that Extra Space Storage is taking advantage of the current housing crisis and raising the rent. A lot. My rental fees went up by almost 20%. When I talked to the manager she was rude and disrespectful. She implied that I should be grateful because my rent is still less than the newly raised rates charged to new renters. That argument only proves my point. They've raised the prices so much that it feels a lot like price gouging. I can afford to pay when they do this but many people cannot. It's shameful... read more
