Being that I have somewhat of a disability at times I don't always understand or get what someone is trying to tell me and they explain things even if they have to go over it a time or two.

I gave 4 stars because I have an indoor unit and while moving in, the doors would not stay propped open do to the magnetic strip broken. I had to find an object strong enough to keep the doors open so I could roll my belongings in.

The storage unit is a perfect size and the location is great. It was also very clean. Very sweet and informative lady signed me up and had me on my way in no time! She was very helpful.
