Not a terrible experience, but I prepaid for four months in advance. I did autopay and once got to the fifth month, the price had increased by $100/month and I was not happy.

While Jasmine is nice and cordial, she did not follow through with her promise to call me back to secure my rental. Now, the morning of the next day I am stuck trying to get this done with Mr. Foster who has ZERO respect for customers. Since I am a current customer and I need to spread my household out I could not "just go somewhere else" as he suggested. Please if you are in need of a storage unit, find another Extra Space location or a completely different company.
