I rented space for less than one year, during that time I changed units from a bigger to a smaller unit and they were accommodating. My items that were stored are as they were from when I stored them. The personnel, Rayvon, Gary, and Wyatt were all professional & proficient.

Over the years I have had so many changes in my life. Moving from one office to another, or from one home to another, or just storage for business stock. I have always found Extra Space to feel very safe. the facilities in Berkeley Heights is very clean, great lighting and really nice. The people are wonderful and very helpful. I've had 4 units there over time and now I am down to two. They are a wonderful, safe, trusted place to store your treasures. This facility is amazing clean and the staff is always super helpful. The store manager is very attentive and is always willing to help with carts or helping me with my account. I enjoy this location because of the employees that work there. It is SO CLEAN!

My husband and I have utilized Extra Space Storage in Berkeley Heights, NJ for our storage needs. We have had several different units of various sizes as we have downsized. All the units were clean and climate control on the first floor. There are many dollies available in working order to help you transport your belongings. We have now known the manager, Roman for 2 years plus. He has helped us in every turn while being attentive to our needs. He and his staff have been friendly and professional throughout our time there.

The onsite management, Roman and Gabriele, are the best. They're very helpful, polite and know their customers by name. I'll give the staff a 5 star rating. However. The facility is clean, well maintained and conveniently located for me. They get a 3 star for rewarding their loyal customers with automatically increasing their monthly fee after 6 months. Make sure you read the fine print and look out for the rate increase post card in the mail.

Outstanding customer service. Very clean and consistent facility. Plenty of hand trolleys for your use; never had to wait for an elevator, parking bay, or service. This helped us bridge the gap between moving homes. Monthly fees were higher than I expected - not that I had a reference point - but I got complete peace of mind, so no regrets. These people get customer service. Great staff and great suggestions that were most appreciated. The facility is very clean and the concern showed regarding how my unit was configured before I showed up on site was extra appreciated. I loved the way the 10 x 20 was split into two 10 x 10s, that configuration was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this place first because of their staff and then second because of its cleanliness.
