Really accommodating. My only issue is one of the elevators has not been working for a while it seems. The access code is a little long. I do recommend them though because the staff especially Corey are really nice.
Both the facility and the management at Extra Space Storage in Berkeley Heights, NJ are impeccable. I use my storage space for pharmaceutical work and I've been extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the storage unit and most of all how helpful the manager (Roman) has been. They accept shipments and are a delight to work with. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage In BH for professional and personal use.
I used to be a very happy customer of the Berkeley Heights location and have recommended them to many people over the years. Unfortunately, customer service has gone way downhill and I no longer recommend. I had reserved a new unit, hired movers, flown into town, booked a hotel, etc. and when I arrived at Extra Space I was told that my unit had been rented and they had no alternatives. Extra Space Storage (Berkley Heights) raised my monthly rate by $85 after 3 months. AND now another $83! THAT'S A $168 RATE INCREASE IN 12 MONTHS. April 2022 to April 2023! Go someplace else, shop around. I picked this place for convenience and cleanliness. I've 2 friends that use this same place which was why I trusted this company instead of Westy in Summit or Public in Mountainside. They raised my monthly rate by $80 (a 42% increase) without any heads up or explanation. The facility is clean and nice, but the company is dishonest.

I signed up for my unit and Laura (the manager) specifically told me should would be able to pro-rate my bill since I would be leaving mid-month. She told me to call the end of this month and she would adjust my bill. Upon calling at the end of the month, as she told me to, she stated that she can only pro-rate up to 7 days. Absolute misrepresentation to get me to sign up for a unit with them and to give them a 5 star review before you leave. I would have gone elsewhere to a company that was able to do this for me.
