Being overseas is never easy, I had to leave all my belongings last year in Extra Storage, my credit card information was stolen and Vivian personally took the time to wait for my card to arrived and kept me updated with all information. She took her personal time to keep in touch with me and she made my life 100 times easier. Thank you for the awesome customer service!
