I had an immediate need for a small storage space due to a request from my boss while on a work road trip. I drove out to the Hillsboro Extra Space Storage location and arrived before they opened. Kudos to Tarynn, the manager, for making the contract experience fast, cheerful and informative. I had plenty of time to get my belongings into the unit and make the drive to Portland to catch my flight.

The property is clean and well managed. There was a recent price increase, and I wish it had been done more gradually. However, rates had been significantly under market rate before then. The staff has always been responsive and helpful. I've been able to do everything remotely, which has been helpful as I started renting during COVID, and I now live out of town. Everything about having a storage unit here has exceeded my expectations and has been an easy, pleasant experience. I would rent from here again.

Great service, I reserved a unit online and received a call to schedule a walk through to make sure the unit was the right size I was looking for and I was able to get my unit a little earlier which was great they had everything I needed and made it a smooth easy process and best of all very affordable.

Having been at other storage units, I can't explain how nice and refreshing to finally be at a professionally run, clean and amazing place. The hours and access are by far the best in the area and the team running it are communicative and helpful. Okay, there's some serious airport noise, but there's enough room to work in the area and not be in the way.

I moved to this location from an Extra Space Storage facility out of state. I had such a great experience with the first facility that renting from Extra-Space again was a no-brainer. I was able to lease my unit remotely, so that I was able to move in right away even though I showed up on a Sunday when the office was closed. I'm renting two units here, and have no complaints. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful! I'll easily recommend this to friends. As soon as any of them need such a place.

After looking at 4 different self storage facilities, I was unable able to find the climate controlled unit in the size I wanted. ExtraSpace by the Hillsboro Airport not only had the size I wanted, but they were the most reasonably priced facility near my home. The staff is extra helpful, and super nice, and they offered me deals even though it wasn't a temporary promotion or current advertisement. I would highly recommend this location, even if it's a bit far out.

I'd called other facilities looking for space and apparently there is a dearth of storage around! I then stopped in here and found this place amazingly clean! Must be because it's new, but I opted to store here because it was just so clean! Most other places were very old and worn. It was nice to see the security camera feeds. I'd recommended it. Ooh, and almost forgot, the map listing shows the location being down at Intel but it's actually up by Napa Auto Parts. FYI.
