In the middle of April, 2014, I needed to find a storage unit to store my one bedroom apartment. I called and spoke with Joy, the onsite manager. She was courteous, professional, timely, and fun throughout the entire process. I had all needs and concerns addressed and she was able to assist me with tips on how to safely store my furniture. She went the extra mile (no pun intended) to call and check on my move and make sure my day was going ok. I will continue to use Extra Space for all my storage needs because of Joy.
I think very well of your manager Joy and Dee. They are great and are very much a help to my transition of moving and they are really helpful. My family is going to recomend this location to anyone that needs to move.
