Had a unit here for 16 months with no issues. Very happy the cancellation process was easy and didn't have to do any paperwork or go online to do it. Just told the man at the front office I was done 🙂
Rent increased 80.00 after the first few months. When I ask about it I was told that they increase the rate after the first 4 months and then every nine months. With the first 9 month increase 5 months after your first increase. They get you in the door and hope that you will not deal with moving the stuff out. There are better cleaner places out there that cost a little for upfront but without the increases
Easy process to rent. Dan and Jonathan were very professional, easily to relate to and provided clear explanation of entire rental process. Looking forward to long-term quality service.
Best experience ever. No hassle! I normally would have to go inside the office to get a storage. Everything was done online and ready when I arrived! Customer service was awesome! 🙂
