Setting up and moving in was SO easy! The day I booked my unit over the phone the office for my location was closed so it was sent to another office and they were very knowledgeable about the property I was using as well and super helpful! I don’t remember her name, but the lady from Fairfield was amazing and super helpful! She deserves 5 stars herself! good location and easy to get started
Initial consultation was excellent. They explained pricing, sizes, and availability before I arrived. I was greeted immediately and professionally by Larry, and the entire process was fast and painless.
Easy to rent my unit and get to it
Setting up online was quick and easy and once you go inside the store they helped us right away and we were in and out within 10 minutes. Access to the storage was easy it was very clean inside and we had no issues at all. Highly recommend this place!
It was easy, fast, and in my budget. Great customer service!!!
