The manager and assistant was very courteous and attentive, they made me feel like I was a very important person. They explain everything and made sure that I was getting the right storage space that I needed and showed it to me, before I signed for it. Awesome people, made me feel welcome just as soon as I walked in. By the way the gentleman open up the door for me when I arrived, you don’t find to many men opening doors in this days and time. Phil who is the Manager lied to us about our storage unit. And to add insult to injury, the District Manager Ted Glenn also lied. We lost all of our things due to Auction and was promised that our documents and paper files and things with SSN on it would be returned. To date we've received nothing and Ted Glenn called us to say that it is no way to get those documents back. Renters Beware. These people tell lies!
