Phil who is the Manager lied to us about our storage unit. And to add insult to injury, the District Manager Ted Glenn also lied. We lost all of our things due to Auction and was promised that our documents and paper files and things with SSN on it would be returned. To date we've received nothing and Ted Glenn called us to say that it is no way to get those documents back. Renters Beware. These people tell lies!
