RecommendedI had the best experience with Extra Space Storage on Lemmon Ave in Dallas. James the manager was so very helpful and he even drove to work today while Dallas is in the middle of a big ice storm. He is a great communicator, well organized, made sure I was happy, all our questions were answered. The woman at headquarters was very helpful too. Wish I had her name. It was some of the best service I have realized anywhere. Thank you to the management for the excellent hiring and training of your staff.
