If you want the best storage company in Dallas, it is James at the Lemon location. Very professional, kind and know the business. He gave the first month free which allowed me to put my boxes in early. Then we were able to put the furniture and the boxes in a 10X15 storage. Great job! Simply the best. carol Johnson

Cleanest most secure and nicest storage unit I have seen. Large unit for the price. The manager was so helpful and went above and beyond .

This storage facility is very conveniently located and is gated for safety. I used storage at the facility for 8 months. Overall I was satisfied. The door to my unit was a bit quirky, and I had to screw the handle back on myself as it was very loose. The lock they sold me was a bit difficult to open and close while on the door, but not a big problem. The main reason for my not giving them 5 stars was that this is the most expensive facility in the area by far to begin with and after 5 months, they raised my monthly rat... read more
The manager is always very helpful and friendly, going out of his way to insure a good client experience. Clean, easy access, I recommend it highly.

I just moved to Dallas from California and needed a space to keep my stuff until i settle in an apartment. the customer service was great and very friendly. their rates are very good and it's very easy to come in open your storage and you can park your car right next to the storage area. Highly recommended!
