RecommendedI came to get my storage unit today because the online system wasn’t working. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and helpful. He showed me my unit was and how to use the rolling stairs!

I received a call from extra space storage about my unit that my payment was due and received a call from Debbie letting me know that the payment didn’t go thru. I gave her another credit card for the unit I handled my payment with Debbie to process payment today I appreciate that I received a call to handle my account Thank you
