From beginning to moving in my unit it was awesome You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door Everything is explaining so you totally understand the entire process. This is my second time using Extra Space Storage and have not had any major issues, 1 minor issue locking my unit so my son went and told Wiley who was kind and explained exactly how to do then coming to make sure we got it done. Great customer service!!
