From beginning to moving in my unit it was awesome You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door Everything is explaining so you totally understand the entire process. I enjoyed talking to a real person instead of a machine To be honest I would not have rented from a machine The personal touch was important to me Thank you great company

This is my second time using Extra Space Storage and have not had any major issues, 1 minor issue locking my unit so my son went and told Wiley who was kind and explained exactly how to do then coming to make sure we got it done. Great customer service!!
