I came to Extra Storage after the storage units about a mile south changed its management. (They've declared themsleves as the finest, and it's true. They're fine. Not great. But fine.) Extra Space Storage is conveniently located on 620 near Anderson Mill Road. This storage facility is super clean and easily accessible. The manager, Myrna, is amazingly helpful. She made the whole experience VERY easy and helped me accommodate my moving company's schedule. Pricing is great too! I would definitely recommend this storage facility - you will not be disappointed!

This storage facility is brand new and has amazing customer service. The manager, Myrna, goes above and beyond to help. Pricing is great, especially when reserving a space over their website. They follow-up with a phone call within minutes. Great experience!
Had $10k worth of items stolen out of our two units. Not sure how they even got into our units. Management couldn't resolve it.
STAY AWAY! As others have mentioned below, this place without warning they increased my rate $70 after being there for only a few months. They tell you they will give you a 30-day notice, but for me, they did not. Its a total bait and switch. Get you signed up, then raise your rates without warning. Would give this business a 0 star if possible. Bait And switch prices. When inquiring about units was told plenty available so free first month then $270 and $290 monthly for each and month to month. Obviously commission sale based as then was told no, won't honor free month and then price increased to $370 and $390 and will next month increase to $445 each. Beware. Facility is clean, but security is a joke. They market their controlled access and video monitoring, but this will not help you in the event of theft. I rented an indoor locker in December 2020. My locker was broken into sometime between mid December and mid February and several valuable items stolen. Their was no sign of forced entry. This place is a joke and the Manager Clint is useless!!! I had problems making a payment online and left a message about it and he NEVER RETURNED MY CALL!!! I hen my sister called about it he said he called me right back. People, I left the message at 8:30 pm Mountain Time... it's 10:30 pm Central Time!!! HE DID NOT CALL ME RIGHT BACK, nor did he call me the next day. He then proceeds to tell my sister it's my problem.
