My key pad also had "problem" light came on when I contacted them. They sent 3 different technicians to fix it but COULD NOT. Each time they have to come I have to stay home to let them in that is more than 6 hours each time. GOOD BYE ADT.... Wish I read this comments and reviews earlier.
