Tuesday I was going around researching storage rental unit pricing and by chance I came upon an Extra Space Storage Facility located at 5401 W Rosedale St Fort Worth, TX 76107. The Store Manager Collin and Assistant Manager Brianna came to my rescue they are quite a dynamic Duo Knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire rental process. We've had an amazing experience through the years with Extra Space. The customer service from friendly and helpful staff has always been top tier. I can't thank them enough for keeping our storage needs simple, easy, and affordable! Unfortunately we are moving out of state but the move out process was great and just want to say a big THANK YOU to the Extra Space on Rosedale!

Shilo is awesome. She really helped me out in a really bad situation with my unit. Not because of Extra Space but my own doing. Thank you so much Shilo for all your help today. Never before have I had to use a storage facility and had many concerns. I worried for nothing. The staff were tremendously helpful, cheerful and just plain nice. I was very impressed and highly recommend the facility on Rosedale Avenue in Fort Worth. A special thank you to Millie and Skyla!

Kyle at the adams st location in La quinta CA is a rockstar. Best storage manager I've dealt with in my many years of renting storage units. He is very accommodating and always cheerful. The other employees are just as great too I just don't remember their name. Only company I'll use now as I've had unfortunate experiences with a major competitor of theirs.. For that reason I will always be recommending extra space storage to friends and family as I have yet to have any issue with storing my goods here for the many years ... read more
