This is my fourth time storing with Extra Space. They are awesome and so helpful throughout the entire process. Marka truly met all my needs and was so pleasant to work with! Highly recommend storing at Extra Space!
Been here over a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm not sure the temps are what they claim they are but, hey Three Stars!!
Wonderful help from the staff. We picked out a unit and signed the lease within 10 minutes of arriving and had help finding a dolly on a very busy day.
Thankfully I just got my stuff out of there! They just raised the rate on my 10x10 no frills storage unit from $68 a month to $125!! Didn't know there were tariffs on storage space too?!?
Older facility, and my rent was raised without warning three months after moving in. No notification was given. This place exists solely to raise your rent after you sign up, hoping that you do not notice.

Poor experience due to poor business practices. I recommend you find a small family owned storage facility that does not double or triple your rent after a couple of months. Very sneaky and do not follow-through with what they say.

They will raise your rate overnight. We got a 3rd floor interior unit. We were told a price. We asked to make sure it was not an introductory rate. We were told no it wasn't. We went to the office and spoke directly to the attendant to sign up. We specifically asked if the rate would change. We were assured it would not. We were there 3 months and they raised the rate $80 a month with zero communication that they'd be doing so. Now we have to move everything we've spent the last 3 months moving in.
