We've rented a parking space for an RV since the end of November. That was 9 months ago. Since that time we've had two rate increases...the first from $275 to $301 and the next from $301 to $401. A HUNDRED DOLLAR INCREASE IN FIVE MONTHS!!!! I get that the rates aren't a forever rate-but holy cow-$126 rate increase over nine months. This place is a racket. Always trying to raise the rent my rent went from 287 to 379 and that was after complaining and them lowering it from 400 and something if I wasn't so busy I would move my stuff out of that storage just don't have the time

Ugh, well now it's $260 for my med size unit! Time to find a new place. I didn't think they would raise it but they sure did and i almost want to live in it for what I pay! To bad it's illegal

They were nice enough when I opened an account and one time when I actually could get someone on the phone. But when I tried to move out I tried 3 times to go to the office during regular business hours and it was closed; once because it was hot (the office is air conditioned so why close up?), & two other times. Calling the 1-800 # is frustrating too. I better not get charged for moving out late because I actually moved out early but it was impossible to let them know I was out by contacting them in person. I rented an indoor 10X10 back in May at the "web rate" of $92 per month and was recently notified that the rent was increasing to $128 per month in October, a 39% increase in just 5 months. Ironically their website boasts "leaves are falling, so are our prices". Not so much. When I discussed this with the on-site manager, she offered to propose a rate of $115 (only 25% increase) per month with management, but the request was denied or so she claims. In three years my trailer has been broken into three times with over 5k in tooling stolen. The thieves broke into the property by cutting a hole in the chain-link fence that was only repaired with flimsy wire ties I complained about this on numerous occasions but it was never fixed. The company stated the money wasn't in the budget to repair the fence. Rude, condescending staff. Charged insurance fees without stating they could be waived with proof of homeowners insurance. Gives incorrect information and unapologetic about their lack of customer centric service.

Listen, the people who work are decent and accommodating. However, the catch and switch business practices of this company are sickening. Had I the foresight to have checked the Consumer Affairs reports for this company, I could have saved myself a lot of trouble and money. If you rent a storage space from this company, no matter how enticing the introductory rate, expect with absolute certainty steady and continuous rate increases starting within months of signing that contract.
