From the time I walked into the facility to the time I left, I received exceptional customer service from Pasai. He was extremely friendly, knowledgable and attentive. He took the time to listen & understand my needs. The facility is also very clean & secure. No doubt, he lived up to all the other positive online reviews I read regarding this facility. I give 5 stars because extra space has long term rentals and the price is very affordable for me to rent long term. It was also very clean and I haven’t seen any mice poop yet in my space. I am very satisfied with extra storage right now.Â

Excellent location, new building, conditioned, clean and easy to enter and exit. Staff very helpful. Spoke on the phone with PaSai for the initial booking. Then met PaSAi and Jen at the facility.. Jen took time to show the units and provided necessary instructions. Overall 5 Stars.Â
Online rental and RV spots are great. Same day move in was fantastic!Â
